Lauren M. Babiak, Code and Zoning Executive
Lauren Babiak joined Design 2147 Ltd. in 2015 and currently serves as the Division Executive of the Code and Zoning Division, where she supervises a team of architects and attorneys who advise clients on a variety of zoning and building code issues. Lauren and her team provide support and technical guidance throughout the life of a project, from pre-purchase due diligence to design development, through DOB filing, approval, and sign-off.
Prior to joining Design 2147, Lauren worked as an associate director on high-rise commercial properties, hotels, retail, and restaurants. Her expertise in construction, expediting, and code consulting give her the necessary skills to address complex zoning and code issues.
