Design 2147 is uniquely qualified to help architects navigate complex building codes and zoning regulations to achieve their design vision. Our firm was founded in 1986 by an architecture school graduate and a majority of the firm’s leadership are registered architects. We understand what goes into architectural design and we know the frustration architects feel when they are told to “just change” something that may represent weeks or even years of work. Because of this, we endeavor to find code and zoning solutions that have the least disruptive impact on a project’s architecture.
