Alexis Peseau, Vice President of Operations
Alexis Peseau joined Design 2147 Ltd. in 2012. As Vice President of Operations, she is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the internal production team from pre-development through sign-off. Alexis is also responsible for working with the design team on project strategies to meet project deadlines and goals while still complying with all municipal agency requirements.
Alexis has worked on projects ranging in size from 450 sqft studio renovations to 80-story, mixed-use high-rises. Prior to joining Design 2147, she served as a Project Director, handling a variety of projects, including residential high-rise, commercial (retail/office), community facility, educational, and manufacturing. Her extensive experience in the consulting industry allows her to approach a complex project or potential issue with a distinct and valuable perspective.
Named as a Notable Hispanic Leader & Executive for 2021 by Crain’s New York Business, Alexis is also a proud member of Fordham University’s Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi, Young Real Estate Professionals of New York (YREPNY) and the Women Builders Council (WBC).
