New York University, John A. Paulson Center
NYU John A. Paulson Center a mixed-used building of 900,000 gross square to accommodate academic classrooms, study and lounge space for students, a full-service athletics and recreational facility, performing arts theaters and teaching spaces, faculty residences, and student dormitories. Design2147 provided DOB filings of Code and Zoning consulting, Approvals from NYC Building Department and Fire Department, Permits, and obtained a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy.

St. John’s University
D’Angelo University & Academic Center Building
New 127,000-square-foot education and recreation building, a centerpiece of the St. John’s University Queens campus teaching and learning environment, the “heart” of the campus, representing the mission and traditions of the university. Performed code and zoning, project phasing strategy and filings for their new building including several auxiliary applications, secured permits, obtained phased Temporary Certificate of Occupancy and Final Certificate of Occupancy. Managed tight schedule demands for the educational facility’s timeline requirements. Delivered rapid response required to support our client’s needs to respond to diverse stakeholders. Managed the complex logistics of keeping an open campus free from impact to student life.

Baruch College
A multi-year master plan to upgrade a Baruch College’s 17 Lexington Avenue building to modern code conformance. Responding with flexibility and adjustments to strategy as constantly developing requirements and frequent changes have been required to keep this massive undertaking on track.
