Suspended construction sites that require a site safety manager, site safety coordinator, or construction superintendent must submit a weekly inspection certification to DOB.

Where required, weekly inspection reports must be submitted through the new DOB NOW Essential Construction portal. The site safety manager, site safety coordinator, or construction superintendent must use an eFiling account to log in, select “+Weekly Inspection Report”, input the application number and document number, and complete the report form.
