On Friday, the Department of Buildings (DOB) announced new hours for in person transactions which took effect today, November 1st, 2021.
All DOB locations have limited public office hours from 8:30 am to 12:00 pm for all in-person and drop-off transactions. The DOB Licensing Unit will continue to have appointments with the public until 2:00 pm.
Additionally, the DOB announced that the Records Rooms in all boroughs will be closed this week, November 1st – 5th, 2021, with more information to follow.
