The New York City Landmarks Preservation Commission (LPC) has launched Portico, a new online portal that allows owners of landmark-designated properties and their representatives to file applications for permits, upload supporting documentation, view application status, receive final permits, amend existing permits, and request notices of compliance. Portico employs a chatbot that will direct users to the correct forms, and multiple users will be able to have access to the same application.
Portico is not intended for use by members of the public looking for information; it is only for owners and representatives applying for permits or post-approval actions.
