For any parking structure compliance or facade inspection reports filed in DOB NOW: Safety on or after February 2, 2026, new and increased fees will apply. The updated fees also applies to any project in pre-filing status with fees due as of February 2, 2026.

Existing fees are increased by varying degrees:
- Initial Filing: 59% increase
- Subsequent Filing: 470% increase
- Amended Filing: 1,000% increase
- Repair Extension Request: 46% increase
New fees for parking structure compliance are imposed on the following:
- Partial Protection Removal Request: $695
- Verification Request: $685
- Civil Penalty Waiver Request: $140
Civil Penalty Waiver Requests for facade inspection reports will also incur a fee of $140.
