As part of the Department of Buildings (DOB) efforts to limit in person transactions at DOB offices the DOB has required that Post Approval Amendment (PAA) payments are made online and Civil Penalty Review Requests (L2) are submitted online.

Civil penalty review requests via paper L2 form are no longer accepted; L2 requests must be submitted online following the instructions in the Service Notice.
