Beginning Sunday, May 21, DOB NOW payment options will include PayPal and Venmo for all transactions. At this time, PayPal and Venmo cannot be used for DOB BIS payments.
Payments via PayPal, Venmo, Visa, MasterCard, or American Express carry a non-refundable 2% service fee and are processed immediately.
Payment via eCheck does not have a service fee and may take up to 10 business days to be processed.
