The NYC Department of Buildings has announced that its Bronx Borough Office at 1932 Arthur Avenue will close at 2 pm on Thursday, March 7, 2024 and re-open at its new location at 1775 Grand Concourse, 5th Floor, on Monday, March 11, 2024.
Building owners and architects should note the following:
- Service ticket kiosks at the Arthur Avenue location will not be available after February 27. Sign-in sheets will replace service tickets until March 11.
- The online DOB NOW system will not accept record requests for Bronx properties from March 7-8.
- Physical records will not be available for pick-up at the Arthur Avenue location on March 8 or at the new Grand Concourse location on March 11.
While the physical address of the Bronx Borough Office is changing, all other contact information will remain the same.
