Applications for new licenses/registrations issued by the Department of Buildings (DOB) are required to be submitted online through the DOB NOW portal starting Tuesday, September 7, 2021. The Department is currently not accepting new license applications.
License renewal applications will continue to be processed online. General Contractor insurance updates will continue to be processed via email.
