Design has worked with ennead Architecture since 2016 to support Lycée Français de New York’s 506 East 76th Street location with consulting, inspections, and permits.

Six level Community facility support building for a prestigious private day school on Manhattan’s upper east side. Includes two story gymnasium, sky box seating, café, squash courts, Ecology lab, Greenhouse and Teaching kitchen. Performed analysis and filings for their new building including several auxiliary applications, secured permits, filed changes, obtained Certificate of Occupancy. Managed tight schedule demands for the educational facility’s timeline requirements. Developed strategies to account for adjacent special property conditions where contact points required consideration.

Managed approvals and filing of applications for general reconfiguration and expansion of multiple buildings and most existing structures over several years. Careful coordination was required to manage schedule as school was in session during construction.
