DOB Rescinds COVID-19 Restrictions

The NYC Department of Buildings (DOB) has rescinded several Buildings Bulletins (BB) related to COVID-19 enforcement due to changes in New York State guidelines, see list below. Additionally DOB has rescinded the joint memo issued with the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene regarding Phase 1 Reopening.

BB 2020-006: Securing construction sites
BB 2020-010: Reopening construction sites
BB 2020-015: Temporary use of hotels as student dormitories
BB 2021-008: Calculating number of people for indoor dining
