The NYC Department of Buildings (DOB) announced this week that the requirement for Property Owner Certification has been delayed to August 2021.

The brief Service Notice states that the Property Owner Certification Form will be required prior to permit for all New Building and Alteration-CO (Alt 1) applications, except government-owned properties. The DOB will issue another Service Notice with additional details and implementation deadline.
