The position is an in-office job that includes execution of the existing filing strategy, preparation of applications, and coordination of documents. It is imperative that you have the ability to understand and execute assigned tasks based on protocol. The position demands that you have above average organizational and strong communication skills.
Only applicants with the following will be considered:
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Reliable and pays attention to minute details
- Ability to meet deadlines and handle time sensitive information
- Successful management of routine list of responsibilities
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook are mandatory
Administrative experience in the architectural or construction industries preferred but not required. Include the words, ‘contractors need liability, workers compensation and disability’ in your cover letter.
